Starting her career in insurance services in 1991, Jenn has served in a variety of roles over the past 31 years including field adjuster, claims trainer / manager, and chief operating officer for a large, national independent adjusting firm.

She is an Xactimate Certified Trainer and holds the AINS, ANFI, AIC, and AIC-M designations.


Jenn is passionate about servicing the insurance industry and finds fulfilment in reducing the traditional, but unnecessary friction, between the adjusting and roofing communities.
